4520 Crowchild Trail Southwest Calgary Calgary, Alberta T2T 5J4
There's no better place to describe the sphere of World War history, if not for The Military Museums found in Calgary. Canada's navy, army, and air force are all coined into one place to educate the public about Canada's military stronghold. With tanks, aircrafts, weapons, and military paraphernalias, it's hard not to be convinced that you're in the battlefield. Veterans will be amused at how the museum preserved and kept documents from the war, and how the wax museum is an exact replica of what it was back then: First World War trenches, bomber squadron's mission over enemy territory, and Second World War wheelhouses. Find yourself in outrage or reconcile with the past – a choice to ponder while inside the barriers of The Military Museums. Highlighted regiments include Lord Strathacona's Horse Regiment, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, and the Kings Own Calgary Regiment.
