Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation is cancelled with at least 48* hours notice of the first night check in date, there will be a $10 administration fee for daily rates and a $25 administration fee for monthly reservations.

Less than 48* hours cancellation will result in a charge equal to one nights' rate plus GST. Cancellation must occur before the first nights check in. Once a reservation has been changed by a guest we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to one night's fee.

*Unfortunately, once long weekend bookings are confirmed by deposit, we cannot offer a refund.
