Muttart Conservatory

Designed by an award-winning Canadian architect, the Conservatory is stragetically structured into four different parts. The Tropical Pyramid houses tropical rainforests, tropical evergreen forests, tropical grasslands, and waterfall cascades located in the center of the pyramid. Inside the Arid Pyramid you'll find plants that can survive environments of dry air and irregular moisture, as well as day and night temperature fluctuations. Temperature Pyramid, on the other hand, have colourful floral displays that change with the seasons. The last pyramid is the Feature Pyramid, which houses unique themed displays that fits the city's seasonal celebration. Muttart Conservatory dedicates itself to the preservation of all different plant life, and has been considered as an iconic structure in the heart of Edmonton. Guided tours are offered every Saturday and Sunday only.
