Reservations:
Reservations for fewer than 10 days will require a credit card number as a deposit. Reservations of 10 days or greater will be subject to a non-refundable charge of 10% of the total charge for the stay at the time of booking. Reservations with a deposit will be held until 11 am the day after the scheduled date of arrival.

Cancellations:
Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in time will be subject to a charge of one night's stay at the rate of the site booked.
