Unlike most places in Canada, Halifax experiences rainfall all year. Autumn (September to November) gets the most amount of rain while winters (December to February) get a combination of snow and rain. Visitors during these seasons are advised to bring a rain jacket and warm clothing. Get a guide to packing for your trip with our Canadian Camping Checklist.
