Reservations:
A deposit is required on all reservations.
Accept VISA and Mastercard deposits for reservations made by phone. Accept deposits by mail; however, reservations will not be held longer than ten days without receipt of deposit.

Cancellations:
Deposits are refundable, less a 25% service charge, when the cancellation is made no less than thirty days prior to the scheduled check-in date. If the deposit is made within thirty days of the scheduled check-in date, the deposit is then non-refundable.
