Fontaine de Tourny

One thing you'll notice in front of the Parliament Building is the beautifully-designed Fontaine de Tourny. The fountain was created by French sculptor Mathurin Moreau and was brought to Quebec City by Peter Simons as recognition of the support that he earned for his retail fashion business. Fontaine de Tourny currently serves as a mesmerizing focal point along the Place de l'Assemblee-Nationale.
