“ Vehicle propane tank was empty at pick-up. I was required to fill up the tank and be reimbursed after the trip. Still waiting for reimbursement. Vehicle gas door was locked and did not have key. When I picked up the vehicle the tank was approximately one quarter full. When I arrived at the pump I was unable to fill the tank and had to return to the depot. This was a 50 km round trip. ”
