“Vehicle was filthy and I had to complain and get a partial refund. It also leaked, and was provided with the grey tank overflowing which sadly we didn't realise til on the road. Depot staff were disinterested though did refund some of the cost. ”

“Based on our plan we had what we ordered, a few items could have been better 1, shower head not working 2, bedding was clean but stained, (we bought new washed and gave to a good cause in Calgary) 3, pink anitfeeze would have been a usefull addition in the kit considering the time of year we would have paid a deposit The C19 Compact RV is a great base RV no issues with the powertrain ”

“Most aspects were ok but the hot water service wouldn’t work for the entire trip and Cruise Canada’s travel assistance provided no help at all. The mattress in the over cab bed was also very hard with barely 2” of foam over boards. The multitude of fees and charges on top of the base rate were annoying and increased the total cost by about 60%. Not easy to drive with a really jerky transmission, vague steering and poor fuel economy (22 litres per 100kms).”

“Convenient kit missing items, bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, black water tank valve faulty, poor water pressure, slow service at depot, initially given incorrect vehicle, on hold for an hour when reporting issues, left a message and never called back.”

“Steering seemed a little loose. Couldn’t get the water heater to work and we were asked by another Cruise Canada customer at Whistler how it worked but neither of us could figure it out. ”

“Unfortunately there were multiple issues with our vehicle and the quality wasn’t great with parts of the chair and kitchen area cracking ”

“We really felt there were far nicer RVs available from other competing companies for the price we paid. I'm still not clear why mileage is charged as additional. Maybe that's standard in n. America but not something weve encountered before so it really was a sting to pay additional mileage when we went over what we expected. The RV was very basic. It did the job but was fairly uncomfortable. ”

“Although we paid full price there was no water the RV had been prepared for winter in october was not advised The floor was filthy, the crockery cracked, had to buy air freshener the RV smelled unpleasant I was annoyed about the lack of water for showers etc and not being told until I got there so the depot service wasn't that good”

“We weren't told the consequences of not having a generator. In all the adverts we were told we had one. And not having one on sites where there's no hook up we had no Microwave or sockets. ”

“ Enjoyed our experience Disappointed with customer service at the Vancouver depot could have been so much better, a little show of enthusiasm and interest in the customers would have been welcomed. Also we had a "new lady" go over the van with us and she did not know what things did or how you used.. I had to explain to her how I thought the dump process should work. Maybe in time she would have learnt these things but perhaps she was put out on the floor to early in her job. ”

“ Mice inside the vehicle the very first day. Call Assistance was poor. I call to Vancouver where they minimize the problem and told me to put a venom. My wife couldn't sleep the first night because it was too hard so the next day we had to buy a foam mattress. At the end we realize that the mattress was put with the wrong side up, I informed that situation when we return the vehicle, I was told just to leave there the foam mattress, I was not in the mood to ask for the 50 dollar I have paid ”

“Little Problem with the gray- and blackwater tanks (sensors). The provided blanket was a little dirty. ”

“Although the vehicle had a fault in that the Engine Management light was permanently lit I contact the number on the paperwork and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and reassured me everything was ok and to continue. It never caused me a problem and apart from that the vehicle was excellent.”

“The vehicle has already been driven a lot, so there where a few deficits on the toilet (a little leaky and the black water display always showed full), the couch (since the screws were loose the pillow fell off) and the curtains didn't dark the "bedroom" because the didn't fit the windows anymore. It was pretty easy to drive, we never had problems with that. Over all, we had a cosy but still roomy vehicle we now miss a lot. We'd definetly recommend the vehicle. ”

“The vehicle was very nice and comfy. A little bit slow and it consume a lot, but it's a heavy car. ”

“General=ok Space=ok driving=ok Toilet=clean but taking a shower=plastic curtain felt ugly. Suppl. things in the personal kit smell not washed before. Very bad point was that I requested in email to add another 500km prior to my booking to alr. existing 500km pack. As I did not carefully enough read final offer Detail afterwards and just booked, point was missed. At the end when I returned to desk after travel I had to pay for another 780km by regular rate which was 0.34CAD, in total over 265CAD!”

“I just love the RV vehicle!! I had a wonderful time on my Rv experience. I didn´t have any others RV trips in my life, so I think this C19 Compact RV is the perfect size for beginners like me.”

“Vehicle not cleaned properly, found underwear in bathroom. No brushed supplied to clean inside. personal kits indequate for 2 weeks - Vancouver Booking (CAB 252543A) provided adequate for all of these. The vehicle had faults, fridge kept freezing everything, which caused us to discard food. The City Water connection leaked, on the outside. The vehicle Management system light came on intermittently. These issues were raise with the depot when we got back.”

“Very good RV, perfect size, not to big to be a problem in cities but big enough to have space. Good heating system and fridge stays cool for a long time under no 110v”

“Bed was quite confortable and enough space for luggage and food. We found the vehicle a little bit old (more than 130.000 km), windows were noisy when driving. Air Conditioning that was also very noisy. The mirror outside the right part of the vehicle was loose and had to get fixed during our trip. Lights to mark the levels of the waste levels did not work properly (the tanks were emptied and still marked as full). One of the days, the water at the shower drained slowly. Great trip! ”

“This was the second time that we have rented a Campervan from Vancouver (Cruise Canada) through yourselves. As on previous occasion service was outstanding and we would have no hesitation in renting through you again. We would recommend that levelling blocks be included in future rentals as not all campgrounds are as level as they should be and this negatively affected the operation of our fridge. Microwave also failed midway through our 3 week trip but we managed to get by.”

“The cleanliness of the interior of the vehicle was not of an acceptable standard.The sleeping bags and linen were smelling musty and stale.The bottom drawer in the kitchen and the mirror door in the washroom would not stay shut The waste pipe connection would not fit properly and had to be held on manually for all the waste to be emptied. ”
