“Site said vehicles all had air conditioning but not our vehicle Gas flow to stove must be partially blocked- forgot to mention this - took 45 mins to cook a sausage! Otherwise functional”

“We had the impression that the engine oil had not been topped up before we left, so that we had to buy engine oil along the way. It also sounded like the clutch/gearbox needed maintenance, raising the concern that it may not last the journey. ”

“You notice that the van is old, both with rattling parts when you drive and the manual transmission a little tricky. What was most annoying was that the water tap only worked about 50% of the days, and that only 1/3 of the interial lights did function. The depot people was ok, but eager to just finish the business and not giving us more info that what was essential. There was also no willingness to refund anything due to the mentiond lackings of the vehicle.”
