“Disgusting experience with Freedom Campers, batteries didn't work, the home battery started to warm, toxic smoke started to get out inside the camper. We call Freedom Campers for help, they never picked up the phone untill 72 hs later. we decided to return the camper, arriving 1day before. Employee Ryan Stewart mistreat me telling that the batt was running ok and doubting about the malfunction. Freedom Campers put in danger mine and my family health. DANGEROUS CAMPERS!!!”

“The vehicles (we had 2) definitely have had their fair share of abuse. A lot of milage on the meter and the interior was rather run down. Experienced some issues with the first vehicle which was leaking coolant fluids but we did receive however a new motorhome which drove more pleasant. However, overall quality of the vehicles (10 years and 310K milage) is somewhat poor and rather noisy.”

“There were a number of issues with the camper which I made the company aware of when we returned to camper. We were compensated $110ish for the inconvenience but I personally don't think that was enough considering we had no hot water for 8 of the 10 days we had the camper. ”

“Merc engine was great, interior of campervan was well-worn! Cips securing doors kept loosening which meant doors flying open as you drove. NO sharp knife in kitchen or a chopping board - two essentials! For first timers, instructions at hand over was poor and manuals supplied were devoid of detail. Had lots of problems with water pump - seemed to run out very quickly (perhaps a leak) and we had groaning and gurgling noises often - possibly air pocket but we didn't know how to get rid of it!”

“Hi There,The vehicle is a little aged but went well.Fuel consumption was surprisingly good, we got over 8km to the litre. It was clean and well provide for as far as cutley, crockery and linen was concerned. Pickup was easy and pleasant. We had a problem with the heater making a noise and the door lock was stiff and noisy to close. I felt the extra daily insurance cost excessive ( maybe you can look at a better alternative.) The Picton drop off cost was high. ”
