“Great vehicle, manual is the real thing. runs smoothly and no issues. everything very fine. There's a leak under the back window, told the guy at pick-up. ”

“We were very disappointed with this motorhome, though it was an old motorhome it was not well maintained. The fridge door broke off it's hinges in the first few hours of our trip (which was very annoying and inconvenient) the shower door was hard to open and close, drainage of shower and sink would be very slow. sink in the shower did not function, TV and entertainment system did not function at all. The perishing of seals on some windows and doors, which needed adjusting when used also.”

“Our family hired the Trail Explorer for its value for money and extra space it provided. Very pleased with our motor home hence the 5 star rating for value, cleanliness and quality. An absolute joy to drive even before mastering the gears, indicators and wipers (opposite hand controls).We did not meet at a deport. We were met at the airport by a customer services rep and our motor home. I am rating Depot Service on encounter with rep at airport ... 5 stars! Seriously impressed on first sight. ”

“Unfortunately there were no large plates or mugs for hot drinks in the campervan. ”

“- Vehicle had no working left indicator all trip until we got it fixed ourselves because the right one became faulty in which we had to go out of our way to find a mechanic. - Vehicle had engine issues, it repeatedly stalled in neutral or first gear. - Main heating unit for van did not work even with power outsourced. The motorhome itself was very comfortable but was more worried about breaking things on board as you could see there had been quite a few fixes prior to us travelling. ”

“they were very "pushing" for us to book, especially if we had some problems with our visa. but as soon as they got the money service was nil. we booked a full insurance, at moment of delivery of the car, they said that misjudgment of the dimensions of the vehicle was not included. Old vehicle we broken chairs, missing glasses etc ...”

“Vehicle was not ready at the pickup appointment. While driving vehicle also has engine failure on dashboard - waste 1 day at the dealership. ”
