Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Bookings only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or credit card details. Deposits only refundable if cancellations are made 7 days prior to arrival(Groups 14 days), less a 12 administration fee. If cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival (groups 14 days)you are obliged to pay for the accommodation. Deposits and balance of monies owing will be refunded only if the accommodation can be re-let. Group bookings are confirmed with a 200.00 non-refundable deposit. Please Note: 10% Surcharge applies for all guests leaving on a Public Holiday. You may book using the park's online reservation form.
