Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A minimum cancellation fee of $12 applies to all bookings. Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the unit can be re-let, less the $12 cancellation fee. The deposit is not refundable if cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date or you are unable to arrive for your booking. Refunds for early departure are at the management discretion. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
