Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
25% deposit is payable at time of booking and balance of tariff is payable at check-in.
Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payments must be made for full time booked. Sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrival. A $35 administration and cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits refunded due to cancellation. Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with a minimum of 14 days notice. Cancellation within 14 days will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid. Group cancellations may have special conditions.
