The Remarkables

The Remarkables is a mountain range and skifield in New Zealand that's perfect for tackling beginner terrains and black diamond runs. There are numerous progressive terrain parks with wide, gentle slopes and big mountain steeps suited for all ages! The Remarkables also have a purpose-built snow tubing lanes that you can try out before concluding with a hot chocolate or coffee.

Since 1985, this skifield has attracted young snowboarders, freeskiers and families wanting to have a taste of fun and adrenaline rush in a relaxing alpine environment. From mid June to mid October, The Remarkables Ski Area offers soft, cold and dry snow. Other facilities to try out is the licensed Skiwiland Creche, the Snowsports school, rental & repair shop, a licensed cafe and a retail store.
