Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Golden Bay Holiday Park requires a 50% deposit to secure accommodation. This is essential during peak times especially. If no deposit has been received, there is no guarantee that your accommodation will still be available to you when you arrive. For Peak Season bookings (1 December to 28 February) deposits must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. For Off Peak bookings, deposits must be paid 1 week before your arrival date. If you are booking within these time frames, the deposit will be negotiated at the time of booking. Golden Bay Holiday Park has a 7 day Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. Golden Bay Holiday Park will not refund you if you choose to leave your holiday early. In exceptional circumstances, come up to the office and the park will be happy to talk it over with you. If you arrive at Golden Bay Holiday Park and for some reason, immediately find your accommodation unsatisfactory, please come up to the office and the park will cheerfully refund your money.
