If the guest decides to cancel a reservation, they simply have to give appropriate notice prior to scheduled arrival date and the management will return the deposit less any processing fees. 14 Day Cancellation notice is required for Refund on all Reservations. There is no Refund for Early Departure on any lease or reservation.
