Reservation Policy:
1 night’s deposit required to confirm reservatons. Deposit required within 5 days of making reservation. No sites held unless deposit is received. We try our best to honor requested sites, but can not guarantee.

Cancelaltion/Refunds:
A $50.00 service charge will apply to all cancellations of Race Reservations. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days prior to race week. No refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness, work schedules or early departure.
