Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 paper fee if cancelled before May 1st of each year. After May 1st and or 15 days prior to your arrival date, there is a 1 night cancellation fee, and we will refund the balance. If you need cancel 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date there are no refunds. All requests for cancellation must be in writing.
