Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received by telephone no less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations due to medical emergency must be accompanied by mailed or faxed letter from attending physician.
Cancellations due to official duty must be accompanied by a letter from sponsor's company commander.
Cancellations must be made by the sponsor whose name appears on the reservation.
Cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
Any reservation not cancelled at least seven days prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to the first night's stay for each accommodation. Fishing charters are not refundable less than seven days prior to fishing date.
