Reservation:
Advance reservations can be made with a $250.00 deposit. Confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due and payable in full upon registration. Guests are permitted for a one-week maximum at any time.
Cancellation:
Deposit is refundable (less $50 cancellation fee) for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to start date. Refunds for emergency cancellations less than 30 days prior to start date are at the managers discretion. No refunds on unused rent, no pro-rating, or subleasing of sites.
The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed or transferred for the use of any other than the registered guest of said site.
