A rental deposit of $200.00, $350.00 or $ 450.00 is required in advance when reservation is made. The balance is due in full on the first day of the lease otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. The deposit is refundable, less $75.00 service charge, only if management is given notice of reservation cancellation at least 60 days prior to the start of the lease. No exceptions.
