Reservation:
There will be no charge for guest, as long as residents report their guest within 24 hours of the guest’s arrival. If not reported there will be a $25.00 fee charged to the next month’s statement. Guest are allowed a (2) weeks stay, at one time, with no more than 30 days day's a year.
To reserve a Long term reservation of space, requires a $200.00 deposit. The balance of all deposits are due on or before the arrival date.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the reservation date and not later than December 1 of the current season. There is a $50 cancellation fee for all refunds.
