Reservation:
Advance reservations and first night non-refundable deposit required for daily and weekly rentals. For monthly and annual rental, a deposit equal to one-third of the total rent required. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation:
For daily and weekly rentals, cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the space reservation as well as deposit. No Refunds for daily and weekly rentals. For monthly and annual rental, a full refund, minus a $150.00 administration fee, will be issued only if a written cancellation is received at least 30-days prior to your Scheduled Arrival Date. No Cash Refunds. All refunds made at Park Owner's discretion.
