Reservation:
Reservations for 3 Months or more require a $200 deposit all year. Less than 3 months requires a $50 deposit that will be held until departure. A late fee of $10.00 per day will be charged after the 5th of the month unless arrangements have been made with the office in advance for a late payment. Stays of five months or longer is $400 per month during the high season of January, February and March.
Cancellation:
A fee of $25 per site will be charged for ALL cancellations. Less than two weeks notice. No refunds will be given once site is occupied, a stay is shortened, or terminated.
