Reservation:
A $25.00 for daily and weekly reservations and $150.00 for monthly reservation. Deposits will be applied to incoming rent. There is a $25.00 Electric deposit required for stays 30 days or longer and $10.00 deposit is required for a pool key that are refundable when account is finalized.

Cancellation:
All Reservations will be charged a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice will forfeit the entire deposit.
