Reservations:
Daily and Weekly required one (1) day rate non-refundable deposit and Monthly and Annuals requires $150.00. Upon check-in, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. Balance for space rent for Monthly's and Annuals will be accepted by check or cash only. Provided your stay is at least 30 days, any additional days or weeks will be prorated at the regular monthly rate.
Cancellation:
Cancellation notice received 30 days prior to monthly or annual reservation start date is refundable, less a $50.00 administration fee.
