Reservation:
Valid credit card required for all reservations.
Deposits will be charged immediately upon reservation. For daily reservation $20.00 deposit required, $50.00 for weekly and $150.00 for monthly reservations. Reservations will be extended if availability permits.
Cancellations:
48 hours cancellation notice required for daily reservations to receive a full refund. Failure to do will be charged of $10.00 fee. For weekly and monthly reservations, 72 hours and 30 days cancellation notice required respectively. Failure to comply will incur $25.00 fee for weekly and $75.00 fee for monthly reservations. No refund if cancelled on scheduled arrival date and early departures.
