Reservation:
Reservations of less than one (1) month require a deposit of $25.00. Reservations of one (1) month or longer require a deposit of $100.00.

Cancellation:
Reservations of 30 days or more require a cancellation notice of 30 days. Reservations of less than 30 days requires a cancellation notice of 72-hours (3 days). If notification of cancellation is not received within the required timeframe no refunds will be issued.
