Valley of the Sun MH/RV Park is a 55+ Park Active for Active Adults conveniently located in a quiet rural area, just outside of downtown Tucson, Arizona. There are mobile home RV spaces with full hookups with an adequate number of pull-through offered, clubhouse that have a variety of activities for both residents and guests to enjoy. There are lots of tourist attractions nearby, in addition to golf courses, casinos, restaurants and more.

Reservation:
Reservation for the winter season requires a $250 deposit. Rents are to be paid in full on the due date or arrival date. The three and six month, and annual discounts must be paid in full in advance to receive the discounts.

Cancellation:
Cancellation on monthly deposit up to November 1st will receive a refund minus $50 cancellation fee. After November 1st no refund will be issued.
