Reservation:
For stays of one week or longer, a deposit of $100 is required. For stays of one month or more, a deposit of one month is required. Stays for less than one week require a one-night deposit.The balance is due on or before your reservation start date.
Cancellation:
Refunds are allowed with 48-hour cancellation notice for daily and weekly reservations. A cancellation notification of less than 48-hours will result in a $25 administration processing fee. For reservations of one month or more, full refund of your reservation deposit will be given for cancellations made sixty (60) days in advance of original arrival date. For cancellations received less than sixty (60) days from arrival date, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay. The only exception is a death or documented major family medical emergency, which will entitle the guest to a full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made prior to check-in.
