Tier Drop RV Park is family owned and operated. It is located in a farming community in the Town of Wellton, Arizona. Tier Drop features full hook-up sites, excellent facilities, numerous on-site activities and many other things to do if one has the time to do them. The local area also includes the city of Yuma, Arizona, plus Los Algodones, BC, just across the border in Mexico, Marine Corps Air Station, Barry M. Goldwater Testing Range, and a large area of desert land for hiking and riding.

Reservation:
Reservations taken in advance for a minimum 4 month stay with a start date of December 1st and require a 1month deposit. After August 1st, reservations are limited to availability and we cannont guarantee a reservation in January or February of any season.

Cancellation:
No refunds after October 1st. Cancellations require minimum 30 days notice and will be charged a 10% fee.
