Reservation Policy:
he park managers will try to accommodate all requests, but reserve the right to assign spaces. In order to guarantee availability, reservations must be made in advance and deposits must arrive within seven calendar days of the reservation request.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded by the City of Beaver provided the cancellation is not fewer than five working days before planned arrival date.
