Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellations or changes made 15 or more days prior to date of arrival - deposit refunded less $40 fee.
Cancellations or changes made 14 to 8 days prior to date of arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation.
All cancellations or changes made within 7 days prior to date of arrival will be charged for the entire stay.
Weekend bookings require a two (2) night minimum stay. Holiday bookings require a three (3) night minimum stay and all three (3) nights will be charged at the regular weekend rate.
