Reservation Policy:
A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to guest credit card at the time reservations are made. A cancellation notice of at least ten (10) days is required to receive a refund of deposit, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. If guest cancel in less than ten (10) days, deposit will be forfeited. There is a two(2) night minimum on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a three(3) night minimum on holiday weekends.
