Reservation:
Major holidays require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservations. A 3-night minimum stay is required for all sites. No shows will be charged balance of 1st night and the site will be held until noon on the date following scheduled arrival.

Cancellation:
For non-holiday periods, there is no charge for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date are charged a $20.00 processing fee. No shows and cancellations after 12:00 noon on arrival date are charged one (1) night's stay. Sites are held until noon of the following day.
