Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A $25.00 fee (C/C fee) will be charged on all confirmed HOA booked reservations that are changed or cancelled. There will be no refund of deposits paid for HOA booked reservations that are cancelled or changed less than two days prior to arrival date. A partial refund will be based on the Resort’s ability to re-rent the lot/park model for the cancelled or changed reservations. Full refund, less a $25.00 C/C fees, will be refunded with a written 30 day notice.

For privately booked rentals, the renter will have to consult with the individual owner for cancellations or refunds.
