Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
Deposit in the amount of one night's stay will be taken at time of reservation for stays of less than one month with a 3-day cancellation notice required for refund. Deposit of $500 for stays of one month or longer with a 30-day cancellation notice. Any alterations in arrival or departure dates must be done 3 days prior to arrival on stays less than one month, and 30 days prior to arrival on stays of one month or longer to allow any refunds. Only funds drawn on a US bank are accepted.
