Cancellations:
Daily: Cancel 3 days prior to reservation for full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. If less than 3 days, there is no refund. Weekly: Cancel 7 days prior to reservation for full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. If less than 7 days, there is no refund. Monthly: Cancel 45 days prior for full refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. If less than 45 days, there is no refund for Special Events (Coachella and Stagecoach).

Reservations:
A deposit will be charged to your credit card as soon as a site is reserved for you. For Daily, Weekly and Special Events Reservations, the entire amount are charged at time of reservation. For Monthly Reservations, one month total costs due at reservation.
