Reservations:
Reservation deposits are 25% of the site charge unless the reservation is for weekend. Deposits for any weekend (Thurs-Sunday) or Holiday Weekend, are 50% of the sites charge, are non-refundable and non-transferable from the date of the deposit. Reservation Deposits must be made at time of reservation. Sites cannot be reserved nor held without a deposit. Reservations may not be made for multiple sites by one guest unless financially responsible for all sites being reserved. A Security Deposit of $300.00 per site must be made upon arrival. The amount will be returned if the site and grounds are left in good condition. Damages, Speeding Violations, and Off Leash violations will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

Cancellations:
If reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, for non-weekend reservations, the Reservation Deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative fee. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, deposit is non-refundable.
