Reservation Policy:
Guaranteed with either cash deposit or credit card deposit. Accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is three day minimum booking for all holidays.

Cancellation Policy:
All lodging require seven days notice for each day booked. For Campgrounds there is 72 hours notice required for each day booked. All holidays and special events for both lodging and campground are subject to 14 days notice for each day booked. All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 Cancellation Fee.
