Cancellation/Refund policy:
A 14 day notice of cancellation/change is required, 30 day notice for monthly, during Summer Season, Special Events or Holidays. We charge the full amount in order to secure the reservation. Without proper notice of cancellation, the first night is charged. There will be a $10.00 cancellation/change fee on all cancelled/changed reservations. No Shows will be charged the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled at 12pm the day following the arrival day.
