Cancellations:
Reservations not cancelled by 1pm the day before scheduled check-in will be charged a 1-night stay. Reservations not cancelled by 1pm 14 days prior to the beginning of holiday/special event period will be charged the minimum-night stay: 3 nights for Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays; 2 nights for all other holidays.
