Reservation Deposits:
Payment in full is required in advance on Daily and Weekly reservations. A $100.00 deposit is required for a Monthly reservation.

Cancellations:
If a guest decided to cancel reservations 14 days before their stay, the deposit will be returned, less a $10.00 processing fee. No deposit refunds will be made with less than 14 days notice.
