Wawona Campground is located in breathtaking Yosemite National Park in Central California's rugged Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. The site is situated at the southern end of the park, 27 miles and 45 minutes from Yosemite Valley, at an elevation of 4000 feet.

Reservations required and available online from approximately April through September. From October through March, campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the A loop (about 20 sites). Horse site reservations are required and available only by calling 877/444-6777.
