Colorado Springs KOA is located on the south side of the City. KOA has a great view of Pikes Peak from the campsite along the banks of Fountain Creek in one of Colorado's premier vacation destinations. It offers a number of different accommodations like RV Pull-thru sites and Back-ups with different combination of services. KOA is also few minutes drive from the red-rock spires of Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy and shops and restaurants of Manitou Springs.

Reservation:
Weekends reservation requires 1 night rental due at the time of reservation with 2 nights minimum reservation. Full payment required for Holidays with minimum of 3 nights reservation. Credit Cards are charged for the deposit at the time reservation is booked. Accepts Visa, Master Card, cash or money orders. No checks.
Cancellation:
Eight or more days cancellation will receive the deposit minus a $10 service charge. Seven days or less will forfeit the full deposit. For Holidays, cancellation requires Thirty days or more to receive the deposit minus a $10 service charge. Twenty Nine days or less will forfeit the full deposit. No show, No refund.
