Reservation:
$50.00 deposit required. Full payment required for Holiday and Halloween weekends and is non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
Reservations not checked in by 11 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund. 2 night minimum stay for weekend bookings and 3 night for holidays.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of bookings requires (7) days prior to the date of your arrival for your deposit refund less a $5.00 cancellation fee. Within 7 days to 24 hours of your scheduled arrival there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 1 PM the day prior to arrival, or you do not show, we will retain the full deposit. Holiday cancellations require (14) days. A cancellation after this time will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
