Reservation:
Entire reservation due upon arrival, no tax. Electric must be paid every 30 days cash or check. $100.00 Deposit for reservations of 2 or more months. $50.00 for 5 or more nights and (1) night's rent for all other reservations. All major credit cards accepted.

Cancellation:
Monthly site cancellation requires notice (30) days before arrival day. All others 7 days cancellation notice before arrival day. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund for early departures.
