Cancellation Policy:
RV and Tent - You must cancel with at least 7 days notice from the date of arrival in order to receive a full refund including deposit (one night stay) minus a $5.00 service fee.
Cabins, Yurts, Trailer Rental - You must cancel with at least 10 days notice from the date of arrival in order to receive a full refund including deposit ($100.00) minus a $5.00 service fee.
Any late cancellations will result in full loss of deposit.
Any reservation made less than 7 days in advance for an RV or Tent site or 10 days in advance for Cabins, Yurts, Or Trailer rental will automatically forfeit deposit to Odetah in the event of a cancellation or attempt to change dates of stay.
No refunds on any holidays- Holiday reservations are FINAL. Holiday reservations cannot be moved to different dates, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
